Delivery time varies according to how many orders are currently being processed. We will not sacrifice quality for quantity so please give us time to get your candle made. As a general rule, candles are shipped within one to three weeks after being ordered. Please notify us if “Rush” delivery or arrival by a specific date is needed (in comments box) and we will do our best to accommodate. You can also order candles to be held and shipped at a later date. This option is often used for gift-giving occasions such as a Birthday, Anniversary or Christmas. Payment is made at time of order placement. Please order early for Christmas!
We offer FREE standard delivery for all orders in the UK.
Some locations do not fall into our mainland delivery zones with our courier. The following locations Highlands, Islands, Northern/Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Arran and postcodes DD, PH, IV, KW, AB do carry a slightly higher delivery charge (Price on application).

International Shipping Disclaimer
Due to the complexity of Custom authorities in some countries, shipments may be subject to custom inspections, which might cause unexpected shipment delays. AmeliaCandles accepts no responsibility for delays, import duties, taxes or confiscations of any products by customs inspectors or other personnel. Neither do we guarantee delivery time whenever custom delays occur. However, we will try to deliver your order to you with maximum effort.
We package our candles securely. However, if you discover damage to the candle that has occurred during shipping, please notify us IMMEDIATELY (within 2 days of receipt of your candle). We will require a photographic proof of the damage before arranging for a replacement candle to be shipped over to you. We take great care in packaging our candles for shipment, and damage is an extremely rare occurrence.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the candle you receive, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your candle either via email email@example.com or by phone +44(0) 776 760 3810 to make arrangements to return the candle to us for a refund or replacement. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any candle that has been damaged, burned, or whose wick has been cut is not returnable.
We may occasionally alter or slightly change the design or colour of items. We cannot accept these as faults.
